Blood Rage Digital: Seer Troll

Here is the other figure I did for the Blood Rage digital Kickstarter, the seer Troll.

Again, art by Adrian smith was sent to me.

It wasn't until afterwards that I notices the two had poses I could take advantage of for a little humor so I set this Cricket match up for fun and sent pictures off to Mike McVey. He approved.

Blood Rage Digital: Mountain Giantess

I was asked to do a couple of figures for the Blood rage Digital Kickstarter campaign, one of them was the Mountain Giantess.

Concept art by Adrian Smith was sent to me

First pictures were of armature and getting approval for the pose

showing general progress before moving onto the hands and face.

CMoN: HATE - "Trull"

Here is the latest for Cool Mini or Not's kickstarter campaign for HATE and it's "Trull the Flesh Storm." This guy was finished in early April of 2017. Art by Adrian Smith and painted mini by Angel Giraldez.

CMoN: HATE - "Maw"

Been a while since I posted anything but if you know how things work I don't talk about projects until they are revealed to the public by the companies that hire me. Cool Mini or Not's HATE project is up on Kickstarter right now and Mike McVey had me do a couple of figure for the game and it looks like the character, "Maw" has made it's stretch goal so here are some pictures of the sculpt as well as art by Adrian Smith and a final paint job by Angel Giraldez. (This guy was done in mid June of 2017.)

Life size Blood Rage Frost Giant?

Special thank you to a follower of my blog, Nate Lavotha for posting this and letting me know because without it I probably would never have found out. A company called Monster City Studios http://monstercitystudios.net/ who specialize in constructing anything from dioramas to full scale environments have been working on a life sized statue of the Blood Rage Frost Giant that Adrian Smith designed and I got to sculpt. Here is the post from their Facebook...

"Blood Rage the final epic Viking saga-
Sometimes, we get the coolest creatures to work with. This time is no exception. Our friends at CoolMiniOrNot asked us to create the Frost Giant from the ultimate Viking saga board game, Blood Rage. Naturally when we took one look at the artwork, we jumped at the opportunity. He's almost ready to leave our studios, and we wish him a safe journey, but we will miss having him as part of the Monster City family. Farewell, old friend"

...Wow! Seriously, wow! And this is not the first time they have done work for CMoN as they were the team who built the life size mecha for Rivet Wars. If you get the chance, check out their online portfolio and see what they can do. Very inspirational.

Who knows, maybe I'll get to see this guy in person one day.

The Others: Pestilence

Here is the last of the three I did for the expansion, Pestilence. Not much to say about this guy as he was pretty straight forward for me to do. Hope it does Mr. Smiths art justice.
