Here is the last of the three I did for the expansion, Pestilence. Not much to say about this guy as he was pretty straight forward for me to do. Hope it does Mr. Smiths art justice.
I did him last out of the three because I knew I would have the most fun doing him, glad you like it. Maybe your Chaos tentacles aren't for grabbing but probing? Yum.
Hi Jason. I have no blogging experience but I have been following and admiring your work for a long time and have wanted to be able to contact you. So I finally added myself as a follower of yours. I would like to discuss commissioning a sculpt from you but at this point I have no means of private communication with you. I am hoping you can contact me directly now that I am following your blog. I don't know if that is even possible. Best regards, David.
Hello Mr. Ferris, I know getting in touch with me can be difficult since I do not participate in social media networking but you can drop me a line here. Since all visitors posts sit in a queue until I post them, (gets rid of spammers) you can drop me a private message with the email address you would like me to contact you at. I will not post the comment as to save your privacy but I will have it and contact you once I do. Sound's Machiavellian but it works. Drop me a line when you can and thank you for the kind words. I hope to talk to you soon,
He's my favourite out of the whole box, both as artwork and sculpt. Great stuff.
ReplyDeleteI love the needle, I've done something similiar for a Chaos Sorceror for 40k, just not as elaborate. My tentacles have no suckers, either :(

Love these, wish I could get them individually...
ReplyDeleteCan I ask what the clay is thats over the greenstuff? Is that a super sculpey or something else that needs to be baked?
ReplyDeleteIt's Fimo, another bake-able putty but stronger and tougher then Super Sculpey.
